The
AnViL Educational Edition has been designed to meet the security needs
of our educational institutions.
Below are a few
screen captures outlining some of the features of our software package.
As with all of our
software, we are happy to discuss any additional capabilities needed to
meet your requirements.
There are currently 3 different AnViL
views, Full View, Front Office View, and Attendance View. The
system can be operated in a kiosk environment where the visitor can sign
themselves in and out using the easy to understand user interface which
navigates the user through the sign in process.
Each of the views have the capability
to capture the visitor or student's signature and also print a visitor
badge or hall pass,

This view allows for the signing-in of students, as well as,

This View allows front office personnel to enter visitor or

Options
Advanced reporting capability allows for printing student
and visitor logs for analysis and archiving. Hard Copy
reports can be printed, as well as PDF and Microsoft Word
documents. |

Visitor Badge Printing Support...AnViL Visitor badges can be printed
using Dymo Labelwriters for fast and convenient printing. |
