What is it?

• Have you ever had any sensitive meetings with competitors or customers where it would be better if they didn't know who other visitors to your facility were?

How is it used?

Jane Doe comes to visit, she identifies herself to the receptionist with information pertaining to the visit which is entered into AnViL.  If she has been here before or has been pre-registered, AnViL will automatically complete the visit record based upon the previous or pre-registered visit allowing any necessary changes.
 

What about the Signature?

So now you're asking yourself what about the signature, that's been covered too.  AnViL comes with an option for a small electronic signature pad about the size of a checkbook.  Your visitor uses the electronic pad to sign their signature and it is stored with a special time/date stamp used to authenticate the signature if needed.
