Name change - Now called simply ASP!

User interface changes - Snake Pit removed, user / workstation names moved to status bar, record navigation moved to top of most screens.  Major screens also have a drop down on the toolbar for quick navigation to a desired record.

Employee screen now has a quick navigation dropdown on the toolbar to quickly navigate to a specific employee.

Employee Photos are no longer stored in the database.  This fixes the issue where icon was being displayed instead of the actual photo image.

Company settings now allows linking to a logo file correcting issue with icon being displayed instead of actual image.

Employee file folder label report has been added.

Employee by department report added to the reports employee tab with quick filter selection.

Employee screen now allows multiple contracts per employee with a primary contract selection.

Employee screen now has fields for Home Phone, Home Email and Work Email.

Clearances details added a Comment field.

Clearances detail added Contract / Sponsor / Date Sponsored.

Added Resident Alien / INS # to employees screen.

VR Template Updated to show Resident Alien # if non-US Citizen.

Contracts screen now has a quick filter to only show contracts for a given status (Active / In-Active).

Contracts screen also has a navigation dropdown on the toolbar to quickly navigate to a specific contract number.

Contracts screen added related documents link.  This can be used to link to the DD-254, SOW files, etc.

Contracts can now have a list of required briefings associated with them.  Briefing documents MS Word or PDF can also be added.  Required briefings are shown on the employee screen briefing's tab.  If briefing documents are assigned they can be printed from there as well.  As an added feature briefings can be customized to auto fill the employee's name, ssn, clearance, etc. (Customization charge applies to setup template)

Incoming Visitors - Added checkbox to indicate if a classified visit.  A message flag is displayed at the bottom of the screen for classified visits and also updated associated reports to include classified visit info.

Added an HR Access Control level.  HR users have the ability to add / view basic employee information with a type of 'New Recruit' and the ability to create a Recruit record on the 'Recruit Info' tab.

Added Recruiting Activity Screen.  Tracks number of openings per business unit / division.

Added Business Unit to  List Management Screen

JPAS Import / Reconcile Feature.  JPAS Eligibility and Reinvestigation information can be imported into ASP using the excel files generated within JPAS.  User is prompted before existing data is updated.  Employees which exist in JPAS and not in ASP are automatically added  with available info.

Added Status Field to Documents Screen (default values are Active, In-Active, Destroyed, Transferred).  Values are customizable by the user using the list management screen.

Increased the size of the employee name fields
